Advanced Care for Male Infertility

Semen Analysis

The first and most important test for male fertility. It assesses sperm count, motility, shape, and volume. This helps diagnose the presence of oligospermia (low count), asthenospermia (low motility), or azoospermia (no sperm).

Male Hormonal Testing

Includes testosterone, FSH, LH, and prolactin to evaluate testicular and hormonal health.

Sperm Freezing (Cryopreservation)

PRF promotes angiogenesis (formation of new blood vessels), tissue regeneration, and cellular repair in the endometrium. This enhances the uterine lining, making it more receptive for embryo implantation, especially in women with chronic thin lining or failed cycles.

ICSI (for Severe Male Factor)

When sperm count or motility is very low, a single healthy sperm is selected and injected directly into the egg. ICSI bypasses natural fertilization issues and provides hope even in extreme male infertility cases.

Surgical Sperm Retrieval (TESA / PESA)

For men with no sperm in semen (azoospermia), sperm can be retrieved directly from the testis or epididymis via a minor procedure. These retrieved sperm are then used in ICSI for fertilization. Donor Sperm Program
